Noa Zer is the Central Arava Regional Council’s Director of Resource Development. She partners closely with Jewish National Fund-USA to sustain and develop Israel’s arid desert region along the Jordanian border. Originally from the suburbs of Tel Aviv, Noa lives with her husband, who is a second generation pepper farmer, and their three children.
