Siegel discusses the debate of whether water regulation should fall under an environmental issue or a public health issue. Seth Siegel is a lawyer, serial entrepreneur, water expert and activist who is also a New York Times best-selling author for his book “Let There Be Water: Israel’s Solution for a Water-Starved World”. Siegel recently finished his latest book titled “Trouble Water: What’s Wrong with What We Drink”. In addition, he is a Senior Fellow at the University of Wisconsin’s Center for Water Policy and a member of the Council of Foreign Relations.
