Chicago Young Philanthropists Light Up the Night for Israel
CHICAGO, Dec. 13, 2021 – On the fourth night of Chanukah — December 1, 2021 — members of Chicago’s young Jewish philanthropic community got into the holiday spirit while supporting the land and people of Israel at Jewish National Fund-USA’s JNFuture event, Light up the Night.
More than 75 YJPs ages 22-40 enjoyed cocktails, Chanukah-themed appetizers, and spun dreidels while networking at Joe’s on Weed Street with other passionate Zionist friends, old and new at one of the organization’s first in-person events in Chicago since the start of the pandemic.

“We were so excited to finally be able to host our in-person event for Chanukah after many months of virtual opportunities,” said JNFuture Chicago President, Adina Silberman. “It is an incredible feeling to be able to reconnect with fellow proud Israel supporters. This event was definitely a success. We truly ‘lit up the night.’”
“Outside of work, I use my time to advocate for Israel with Jewish National Fund-USA and I’m loving every moment of it! I can’t wait for our next event in January!” added JNFuture Chicago Board Member, Yari R.
