RED MOUNTAIN THERAPEUTIC RIDING CENTER Stands with Israel: Israel Resilience Campaign Activity
· Dedicating their horses and staff to helping displaced residents from the Gaza envelope and the North of Israel through therapeutic horseback riding.
RED MOUNTAIN: Everyday Work
Therapeutic horseback riding, long used as a tool for improving the lives of people with a range of cognitive, physical, and emotional disabilities, is now available to the people of the Arava and Eilot region of Israel, thanks to JNF-USA affiliate Red Mountain Therapeutic Riding Center.
Funding Opportunities
NEW EQUINE EQUIPMENT: $1,800
Horse saddle pads for a barn. (Need 23)
SCHOLARSHIP FOR ONE RIDER PER YEAR: $3,000
Individualized program based on rider’s physical ability, balance and motor control.
MONTHLY SPECIAL EDUCATION CLASS: $3,600
Sponsor a group for one month of riding therapy and working together in a group riding session. The children also groom the horses, receive academic instruction and partake in ranch chores.
Sponsor one of our equine heroes who improves the lives of children and adults with special needs. Your gift underwrites the feed, hay, supplements, some tack, farrier fees and veterinarian “wellness” plan for one of our equine ambassadors.
