The Lauder Employment Center connects and drives the employment ecosystem, creating meaningful encounters between employers and high-quality academic professionals. These connections lead to quality employment opportunities and foster positive change for both the region and its residents. Activity centers are located in Be'er Sheva, Akko, and Kyriat Shmona, supporting three main audiences in the South and North: job seekers, companies and organizations, and small businesses. We provide them with accessible tools, knowledge, content, and connections that enhance their ability to secure meaningful employment in their fields.

The Lauder Employment Centers have also played a crucial role in supporting those impacted by war:

·       Shield for Occupation Program: Collaborating with regional councils and municipalities to support evacuees returning from the Negev and Galilee, helping them regain control over their lives, stabilize routines, improve financial security, and rebuild stability.

·      Small Business Support Workshops & Consultations: Assisting samall businesses severely affected by the October 7 attacks and rebuilding and strengthening their operations.

·       Employer Engagement and Job Connection: Continulously building and nurturing relationships with employers to connect them with job seekers through conferences, sportlight days, interview days, job fairs, and other initiatives.

·       From Battlefield to Career Program: Supporting IDF reservists returning to civilian life, helping graudates navigate the job market, identify their strengths, and reintegrate into meaningful employment.

·      Evacuee Employment Support: Helping returning evacuees re-enter the workforce or secure new job opportunities to rebuild their livelihoods.

·
